SYMPHORCE/ex-FREEDOM CALL Guitarist Uploads New Instrumental

SYMPHORCE/ex-FREEDOM CALL guitarist Cedric "Cede" Dupont has uploaded a brand new instrumental track called "Atmosfear" to his MySpace page.

This is the second instrumental song that has been released via Dupont's personal site.

In other news, Cede has announced plans to form a "blues-metal" band with some friends. Songwriting is reportedly already underway for the project, the details of which will be revealed soon.

Comments Dupont: "I spent the last couple of days writing, recording and messing around with my first instrumental track called 'MeloDrama'. Being totally free to make a long guitar solo on a whole track was a new experience and also it was a lot of fun creating loops and key lines that are quite unknown from my SYMPHORCE background (not so far away though from my other former band FREEDOM CALL). So it felt great to explore some new writing territory, although I have to confess it might be a bit cheesy sounding for some of you. But hey, you know what? I DON'T CARE! Hahahaha. I just had my fun and thought I want to share it with you people, so let me know what you think my friends!!"

SYMPHORCE's "Become Death" album was released on February 23, 2007 (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and February 26, 2007 (rest of Europe) via Metal Blade Records. The CD was recorded at the House Of Music Studios in Winterbach (near Stuttgart),Germany with producer Dennis Ward (PINK CREAM 69). Mastering duties were handled by Achim Khler.
